Chia Pudding
Here is a very easy and practical dessert. I always have chia seeds at home, so I can make a quick dessert if I have guests. It's very fresh so it's an ideal end of a meal in the Summer or alternatively as breakfast.
For each glass:
1 glass almond milk - full up to 1 cm from the top
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablesoon maple syrup (optional)
Fruit and almonds to decorate
Add the chia seeds to the glass of milk and stir well, If you wish, also add 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, stirring it every now and then.
The seeds will release their jelly, giving a sort of pudding. Before serving decorate with season's fruit (I used strawberries and cherries) and chopped almonds.
