Kale chips

1 bunch of kale

3 Tablespoons of olive oil

Salt and pepper, or some herbs like rosemary or spices like chilli pepper

Pre-heat the oven at 200°C. Wash kale and dry it well, so that when baked the kale will be crispy. Remove the central stems and cut the leaves in 3-4x3-4 cm pieces. in a bowl or in a plastic bag mix the leaves with oil, salt, pepper and any herbs or spice you wish. Toss well with your hands so that all leaves are covered with oil. Spread the leaves on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes, tossing after 4-5 minutes and paying attention that they don't overcook and get burned. Once they are crunchy, take away from the oven, let them cool down and  then serve.
